Personal information is only collected via our contact form which we have to use in order to be ablate respond to your query about either a booking, or a general question. This information is Name, Email, & Phone number which we have to use to get in touch. We do not collect any data for marketing purposes.

We also run Google Analytics on our website to view the traffic. This collects your IP address, but we have turned on 'IP Anonymization' so that Google will never save your complete IP address.

We will only keep your information for a limited period of time. The period of time depends on many things, such as when you contact us in regards to a query/booking, if there is damages to any of the properties,  or we are providing ongoing customer care to you. We will always keep your information for a short period after your stay in a property in case we need to contact you for any reason (items left, damages, issues etc), but afterwards we will delete your information. Sometimes we must also keep your information by law. We will always delete your information upon request where possible and we wont keep it longer than we should or need to for the provision of a service and for communicating with you.

We keep the access to the email accounts to a minimum, and all users of the account are aware that emails need to be deleted once the contact with the customer has been completed and will not be used for any other purpose than to deal with the query/booking at hand, or once the customer has finished their stay in one of the properties and a short waiting period afterwards has been completed after cleaning the properties.
